By creating an account or using KICKAPP you agree to these terms. KICKAPP is run by Matchday Tech Co. Ltd.
Your account
You must be 18 or over and give your real name. Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
Respect in chat and on the app
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post anything that is:
- abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful or discriminatory;
- sexual, violent or otherwise offensive;
- spam, scams, or someone else's private information;
- illegal or encouraging illegal activity.
You can report any message and block any player from the chat. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and remove users who post it. Organisers can delete messages in their group.
Games and organisers
Organisers run their own games. KICKAPP isn't responsible for the games themselves, the pitches, or injuries. Play safely and within your fitness.
Payments
Match fees paid in the app go to the organiser through Stripe. A small service fee is shown before you pay. You pay in the currency of the group you're playing with (for example euros for a group in Spain); if your card is in a different currency, your bank may add its own conversion or foreign transaction fees. Refunds are between you and the organiser. For a card refund, the organiser can ask us and we'll process it through Stripe. In-app payments aren't available in every country yet; where they aren't, pay the organiser directly.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
The service
We work to keep KICKAPP running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer where you live, including guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and rights under US state consumer laws.

jamie@kickapp.tech. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live outside England and Wales, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.
